Student Services & Housing Apply for Housing All first-time, full-time freshman students with a permanent legal residence beyond a 30 mile radius from campus are required to live in campus residence halls their first year. Apply for housing with Housing & Residence Life. Select a Meal Plan Students are automatically assigned a meal plan based on if they plan to live on-campus or off-campus. If you prefer the default meal plan, you do not have to submit a request or select a plan. Requests are only needed from students who prefer another meal plan option or an upgrade. All requests must be submitted to the Charger Card Office no later than the last day of the 2nd week of classes each semester. All full-time, undergraduate students are required to have a meal plan. Access Your Online Services Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication Multi-Factor Authentication is required for all ºìÌÒÊÓƵ students in order to access your online services, including your ºìÌÒÊÓƵ email and student account. ºìÌÒÊÓƵ utilizes two services for multi-factor authentication: Duo and Google 2-Step Verification. Academics Submit Your Final Transcript A final high school transcript, including date of graduation, is due within four weeks of graduation. If the final official transcript is not received, you may become ineligible to register for courses or your schedule may be adjusted. Submit Dual Enrollment/AP/IB/CLEP Credit To receive credit for dual-enrollment courses, you will need to submit an official college transcript. To receive credit for Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), or College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams, official test scores must be sent by the testing agency.
